These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of FursAI — the link-in-bio, creator-store, media-kit, email-broadcast, analytics and AI tools made available at fursai.ai, its subdomains and related applications (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions & Parties
“FursAI”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the operator of the Services, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at any time via hello@fursai.ai (see Section 17).
- Creator (also “you”, “account holder”): a person who registers an account to use the Services.
- Buyer: a person who purchases a product or service from a Creator through the Services.
- Visitor: any person who views a Creator’s public page without an account.
- Subscriber: a person who has consented to receive a Creator’s email communications.
- Content: any text, image, file, link, product, media or other material you upload, create or display through the Services.
- AI Helpers: the AI-assisted features described in Section 7.
2. Eligibility, Account & Username
- You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator and to sell through the Services. The Services are not directed to children.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You may hold one account unless we agree otherwise, and you may not create accounts by automated means.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (including any two-factor method) and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- Usernames. You may not choose a username that impersonates another person, infringes a trademark, or is registered in bad faith. We may reclaim or reassign a username that breaks these rules, that is dormant for a long period, or that is released when an account is permanently deleted (see Section 12).
3. The Services & Our Role — FursAI Is Not the Merchant of Record
FursAI is a technology platform that provides tools enabling Creators to publish pages and to sell their products and services. For sales made through FursAI checkout, FursAI acts as the merchant of record (see Section 5); for direct-transfer and own-gateway sales, the transaction is between the Creator and the Buyer and FursAI is not a party to it. In all cases the Creator is solely responsible for the products themselves — their content, quality, legality and delivery promises.
The Creator is the Seller of Record and is solely responsible for:
- the existence, description, quality, safety and legality of their products and services;
- delivery and fulfilment, including digital downloads;
- refunds, returns, cancellations and chargebacks;
- compliance with applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce and content laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any market the Creator sells into; and
- charging and remitting any applicable taxes, including 15% Value Added Tax (VAT), and issuing any tax invoices required under KSA tax law where the Creator is VAT-registered (see Section 5).
Any agreement between a Creator and a Buyer — including the Creator’s own checkout terms, refund policy and disclaimers configured in the Services — is between those parties and does not bind FursAI. We do not guarantee any sale, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any Creator, Buyer, Visitor or third party.
4. Plans, Fees & Auto-Renewal
- The Services are offered on a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. Current prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page and in your account. Paid prices are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- VAT on our fee. Where required by KSA law, 15% VAT is added to the subscription fee FursAI charges you, and a receipt covering your subscription is made available in your account.
- Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price, and your saved payment method is charged, until you cancel. You authorise these recurring charges.
- Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your in-app billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which your account converts to the free tier. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where refund is required by law.
- Billing disputes. You must notify us of any billing error within 30 days of the charge; otherwise the charge is deemed accepted.
- Fees on Creator sales. Sales made through FursAI checkout carry the commission shown on the pricing page for your plan (currently 10% on the Free plan and 0% on paid plans) plus a payment-processing fee on card sales, both deducted from your earnings before payout. Direct bank-transfer sales (paid plans) carry no processing fee. Any referral or affiliate commission is as published in the Services.
5. Creator Store, Payments & Payouts
- FursAI is the merchant of record. Products offered through FursAI checkout are sold to the Buyer by FursAI, acting as reseller of content the Creator licenses to FursAI for that sale. The Buyer’s payment is collected into FursAI’s account with a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), supporting mada, Visa and Mastercard; the card statement shows FursAI. The Creator remains the author and source of the product and is identified on the receipt (“product by”).
- Creator payouts. Your earnings (sale price minus the fees in Section 4 and any applicable VAT) accrue to your payout balance. Each earning becomes payable 14 days after the sale (the refund window). Balances of SAR 100 or more are transferred to the bank account (IBAN) you configure in Settings, in a monthly run from FursAI’s official company bank account; smaller balances roll over — nothing is forfeited. You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank details you provide.
- Refunds & chargebacks on FursAI checkout. As merchant of record, FursAI handles Buyer refunds and chargebacks on those sales; you agree to cooperate (including supplying delivery evidence). Amounts refunded or charged back before payout are removed from your balance; if already paid out, they may be offset against your future earnings.
- Direct-transfer orders (paid plans). Where you enable direct bank transfer, the Buyer pays you directly; you are solely responsible for confirming receipt before delivery and for those amounts — FursAI never holds those funds, takes no fee on them, and marks the order paid only on your confirmation. For direct-transfer sales YOU remain the seller of record and bear any tax obligations on them.
- Own-gateway option (Business). Where your plan includes your own payment gateway, sales through it are collected under your own agreement with the provider, settle to your account, and you are the seller of record for them; activation is subject to the provider’s onboarding and the one-time activation fee on the pricing page.
- VAT & receipts. For FursAI-checkout sales, FursAI issues the Buyer receipt and, once VAT-registered, charges and remits 15% VAT and issues tax invoices as required by KSA law; Creator payouts are computed on the VAT-exclusive amount. For direct-transfer and own-gateway sales, tax obligations remain the Creator’s.
6. Your Content — Ownership & Licence
You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in your Content. You grant FursAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and publicly display your Content solely to operate, secure and promote the Services. This licence ends when your Content is deleted, except for residual copies kept in routine backups or that we must retain to comply with law.
You represent that you own or are licensed to use your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove Content or suspend a page that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or violates these Terms, without prior notice where appropriate. Where you sell digital products, you grant each Buyer a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased item, subject to any additional licence terms you set.
7. AI Helpers
The Services include AI-assisted helpers (for example, a bio writer, product-description writer and email-subject helper, and an AI chat assistant). The AI Helpers are powered by a third-party AI provider (OpenAI). Your inputs and the generated outputs are processed by that provider solely to produce your output, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
- Ownership. As between you and FursAI, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for you.
- No training on your content. FursAI does not use your Content to train its own models, and does not permit the AI provider to use your Content to train its models beyond what is necessary to provide the feature.
- Service improvement. We may use information about how you interact with the AI Helpers — including feedback you choose to give — to improve their quality, accuracy, personalization and overall experience, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can control the reuse of your own interactions at any time in Settings.
- Output disclaimer. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, not unique across users, or may infringe third-party rights, and is not professional or legal advice. Arabic output is generated in conversational dialect and may need review for tone and accuracy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using or publishing it. We do not warrant AI output and are not liable for your reliance on it.
- Daily quotas. AI usage is subject to per-day per-account limits (currently 50 generations per day on the free tier and 500 per day on the paid tier; higher tiers as published on the pricing page). Counts reset each day. We may throttle, suspend or change AI features, and we are not liable for AI-provider unavailability.
8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You must not use the Services to upload, sell, link to or distribute anything that:
- is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or other rights, or violates a third party’s privacy;
- contains malware, or is used for spam, unsolicited marketing, pyramid or “get-rich-quick” schemes, or for scraping, data-mining or harvesting others’ data without permission;
- impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation;
- is contrary to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to Islamic Sharia, or to public order and morals, including pornography, nudity or sexually explicit material; gambling; alcohol, tobacco, drugs or weapons; or content that defames religion or the State; or
- violates the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law or the content rules of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) or the competent media regulator.
Where you post affiliate, sponsored or advertising links, you must clearly disclose them as required by applicable advertising rules. We may investigate suspected violations and remove Content or suspend accounts.
9. Subscribers, Email Marketing & Consent
Where you collect email subscribers or other audience data through the Services, you are the data controller of that data and FursAI acts as your data processor, processing it on your documented instructions (see our Privacy Policy).
- You may only add subscribers who have given valid, informed consent under the PDPL. We record a consent trail (IP address, method, the consent text shown, and timestamp) and support double opt-in.
- Contacts you import by file upload or paste are treated as unconfirmed and cannot receive marketing broadcasts until they complete double opt-in.
- You must honour unsubscribe and consent-withdrawal requests. You warrant your communications comply with the PDPL and applicable anti-spam rules, and you indemnify FursAI for any unlawful sending (see Section 14).
10. API & Access Tokens
If you use our public API or personal access tokens, your tokens are credentials you must keep secret. They carry only the scopes you assign, are subject to rate limits, and may be revoked at any time. Tokens are rejected for accounts pending deletion. You must not use the API to reverse-engineer the Services or to build a competing product.
11. Referrals & Affiliates
Where we offer referral or affiliate rewards, the commission rate, qualifying period and payout rules are as published in the Services. Referral and affiliate earnings move from pending to payable as published and are subject to the reserve and forfeiture rules published there. Abuse voids earnings — including self-referrals, fake, bot or duplicate accounts, click inflation and link masking. You must disclose affiliate and sponsored links as required by law.
12. Term, Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion
- These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected illegality, non-payment, risk to the Services or other users, or a lawful government request, with notice where feasible.
- Self-service deletion. You may delete your account at any time. Deletion begins a seven (7) day grace period during which your public profile is hidden and you may cancel the deletion. After the grace period your account is soft-deleted: your public profile remains hidden, your username is released and may be claimed by others, and recovery is not possible without contacting support. You may export your data before the grace period ends.
- We retain tax, invoice and consent records, and other data we are required to keep, for the period required by KSA law (see the Privacy Policy). Prepaid fees are not refunded on termination except where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 6, 13, 14, 15 and 16) survive termination.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FursAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and that data will not be lost. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Creators, Buyers, Visitors, or third-party payment, AI, storage, email or hosting providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, FursAI’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to FursAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) SAR 400. FursAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under KSA law.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless FursAI, its operator, personnel and service providers from and against any claim, loss, liability and reasonable expense arising out of your Content, your products and sales, your tax defaults, your email or marketing communications, your infringement of any third-party right, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh. Payment services are overseen by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) through the relevant licensed provider.
16. Changes, Controlling Language & General
- Changes. We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the Services. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
- Controlling language. These Terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict, the Arabic version prevails and is the binding reference.
- General. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FursAI regarding the Services.
