FursAI is the Merchant of Record for every payment taken on the platform. That means your card is charged by FursAI — not by the individual creator — and FursAI is who handles your refund. You do not need to chase the creator.
1. What this policy covers
Two kinds of payment run through FursAI, and both are refundable under this policy:
- Purchases from a creator's store — digital products, courses, memberships, bookings and other items sold by creators on FursAI.
- FursAI Pro subscriptions — the monthly or annual plan a creator pays FursAI directly.
2. Requesting a refund
If you bought from a creator's store: open the receipt link from your confirmation email and choose Request a refund. You do not need a FursAI account — the receipt link is all you need.
If you pay for FursAI Pro: sign in and go to Settings → Plans and Billing, then choose Request a refund on the charge in question.
Either way you'll get an email confirming the request was received, with a reference number. Filing a request does not move any money by itself — a member of the FursAI team reviews it.
3. When you're entitled to a refund
You are entitled to a refund where:
- You were charged more than once for the same thing, or charged in error.
- The product was never delivered, or the download or access link does not work.
- What you received is materially different from what was described at the point of sale.
- The purchase was unauthorised — for example, someone else used your card.
- Saudi consumer-protection law or the applicable law in your country grants you a right to cancel.
Requests made for other reasons are considered case by case. For digital goods that have already been downloaded or consumed, and for services already delivered, a refund is at FursAI's discretion — this is normal for digital products and does not affect the statutory rights listed above.
4. How long it takes
- Our decision: we aim to review every request within 3 business days.
- Card refunds: once approved, the money is returned to the card you paid with, and typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. FursAI cannot speed up your bank's part of that.
- Bank-transfer payments: refunded to the account the payment came from; we may ask you to confirm the account details first.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or person.
5. Partial refunds
A refund may be issued in full or in part — for example, where only one item on a multi-item order was faulty, or where part of a service was delivered. You can request a partial refund more than once, up to the total you originally paid. The receipt page shows how much of your payment is still refundable at any time.
6. If a request is declined
We will tell you by email, and the reason will be recorded. If you believe a decision is wrong, reply to that email and ask for it to be looked at again. Nothing in this policy limits your right to raise the matter with your bank or with the relevant Saudi authority.
7. Effect on creators
This section applies to creators selling on FursAI, not to buyers. Where a sale is refunded, the corresponding creator earnings are reversed in proportion to the amount returned. If the earnings have not yet been transferred, the pending amount is reduced. If they have already been paid out, the reversed amount is recorded against the creator's balance and offset against their next payout. FursAI's own commission is reversed in the same proportion — a refund is not used to shift FursAI's fee onto the creator.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, the bank's process takes over and we may be unable to resolve it directly. We would always rather you asked us first — it is faster, and it does not put the creator's account at risk.
